WHO I AM
Fitness is a journey, not a destination. It's about making healthy choices every day, and never giving up on your goals. So get moving, sweat a little bit, and enjoy the ride!
I was born in Germany and grew up with a passion for fitness. I started working out at a young age and quickly realized the positive impact it had on my physical and mental health. After graduating from college with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, I started working full-time as a Recruiter and work currently for a Tech company here in United States. While I love my job, I also want to do something that would allow me to help local people on a more personal level.
That's when I decided to become a personal trainer. I knew that I could use my passion for fitness to help others reach their goals. I am the Office Manager of the INNER BEAST FITNESS OPTIMIZATION and offer personal training to women and postpartum clients. I am passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and I believe that everyone can achieve their dreams with the right support.
I have a deep understanding of the female body. I know what it takes to help women lose weight, build muscle, and improve their overall health.
In 2020, I became pregnant with my son Maddox. I was excited about the prospect of motherhood, but I was also nervous about how my pregnancy would affect my fitness. I knew that I wanted to stay active and healthy throughout my pregnancy, so I worked with my husband, Tony, to create a safe and effective workout routine.
With his help, I was able to stay active and healthy throughout my pregnancy. I was able to control my weight gain, reduce my risk of complications, and feel my best throughout my pregnancy. After I gave birth, I continued working with Tony to help me get back in shape. With his help, I was able to lose the weight I gained during pregnancy, build muscle, and improve my overall health. I now feel better than ever.
I am grateful for Tony's help and support throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey. He helped me stay active and healthy, and he helped me reach my fitness goals. I am confident that I would not have been able to achieve my goals without his help.
